I write to inform the following incident involving Guest B105  - Heo Taeil ( main guest ), Byun Seohyun ( Guest’s wift ), Heo Doyun ( Guest’s Son)

 

08.22am

Male Guest (Room  B1 at Lobby speaking with FO Team.)

Female Guest playing with small baby boy by the lily pond on the front driveway.

Baby stepped up on to terrazzo rim and slipped and fell in to the pool. 

Mother immediately jumped.

Porter Khanh followed into pond.

Father ran from Lobby..

 

08.25am

Baby and mother pulled from pool.

Mother and baby assisted to buggy. 

Nurse Houng arrive. 

Husband, wife and baby escorted to room by Susan and Nurse.

Both Mother and baby shower.

Nurse examines both.

Following our discussion and investigation it is interesting to note that the presidential suite reservation for tomorrow, is actually the first of two reservations for this Guest. The second reservation for the Guest is for 2 Bedroom Pool Villa.

 

As mentioned, I would suggest if vacant and available,  to have a villa on standby in the event the Guests would like to immediate upgrade to the villa.

 

During our conversation Ms. Truc advised the upgrade fee should be in the vicinity of 4.8M.

 

In response to your initial question, following on from Mr. Sons’ request to WOW the Guests on arrival:
