Female Guest playing with small baby boy by the lily pond on the front driveway.

Baby stepped up on to terrazzo rim and slipped and fell in to the pool. 

Mother immediately jumped.

Porter Khanh followed into pond.

Father ran from Lobby..

Baby and mother pulled from pool.

Mother and baby assisted to buggy. 

Nurse Houng arrive. 

Husband, wife and baby escorted to room by Susan and Nurse.

Both Mother and baby shower.

Following our discussion and investigation it is interesting to note that the presidential suite reservation for tomorrow, is actually the first of two reservations for this Guest. The second reservation for the Guest is for 2 Bedroom Pool Villa.

 

As mentioned, I would suggest if vacant and available,  to have a villa on standby in the event the Guests would like to immediate upgrade to the villa.

 

During our conversation Ms. Truc advised the upgrade fee should be in the vicinity of 4.8M.

  Fire emergencies have been on a rise in Makkah recently, with this being the third isolated event in the last week. Earlier, a forklift in the Masaa caught fire as a result of a short-circuit and injured three; it was followed by a fire break out in an upholstery and sofa sets workshop in Sharayea Al-Mujahideen, killing four and injuring three.

  A spokesperson for Hilton told Hotelier : "We can confirm At 03:00 am on July 11 there was a fire in one of the fast food restaurants on the second floor of the commercial center. Due to the smoke created by the fire, the civil defense authorities evacuated the commercial center. The situation was back to normal at 04:15 am and visitors were allowed to revisit the commercial center.

The fire alarm sounded/ raise/ring/go off

 We didn't hear any alarms. I didn't want to alarm you.  I didn't hear my alarm clock. Tom set his alarm clock for 2:30. Set the alarm for six.  The alarm clock is ringing.  Tom turned off the alarm.

All of a sudden, the fire alarm went off. I overslept because my alarm didn't go off.  

When Tom leaves at night, he turns on the burglar alarm.

Tom set the alarm clock to go off 6:00 a.m.  Our fire alarm sometimes goes off when my mother is cooking something in the kitchen. (CK)  Today, we had two false alarms.  The alarm rang and everyone had to evacuate.
