SECURITY MANAGER JOB

Mô tả công việc - To direct /chỉ đạo/ and mânge /quản lý/ the overall activities of the Security department. To guarantee the safety of all the guests, employees and the Resort property. - Establish standard operation and procedures for Security department. - Develop and ensure the full implementation of the Resort's security/fire/safety policies and procedures for all emergency situations. - Oversee the regular inspection and maintenance of security/fire and safety equipment installed. - Maintain a complete understanding of the Resort's policy relating to fire, safety and health, and ensure all precautions are taken to safeguard against incidents for areas under your supervision. - Ensure all security measures are in place throughout the Resort by conducting walk-throughs, monitoring surveillance systems and overseeing security and safety training programmes. - Liaise with the engineering department for security and safety in relation to Fire- fighting, flood, storming, weather changing affects resort's property and assets - Control in and out all the Resort's goods, assets, equipments, devices, tools, materials etc as per financial S.O.P - Conduct investigations into matters relating to missing assets, fires and accidents where theft/fraud/injury or damage are suspected. - Be aware of the Security policies and procedures of the Resort, and ensure that at all times in all areas of the Resort that they are being strictly adhered to. - Brief subordinates on function, VIP arrivals and other events, which will necessitate additional or special preparations. - Conduct regular operational meetings to review, monitor, adjust and upgrade the performance of the Department as a whole, explaining new directions and policies and procedures at the same time. - Oversee all purchasing, receiving and inventory practices and exercise risk management skills to prevent improper handling, damage, spoilage or theft of inventory items. - Maintain regular and harmonious contact with emergency services, local authorities and police department. - Perform additional duties as directed by the Resort Manager. Yêu cầu công việc - Local candidates only. - Diploma to degree, Hospitality/Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent - Security and Safety certificates - At least 3 years experience in the related field, preference given to those who have worked at Resort/Hotel - Good knowledge in Safety & Security, Fire fighting & preventation, Crisis procedure - Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking. - High attention to detail. - Good English communication skills. - Able to organise and lead in an emergency situation. - Well organised, methodical and creative - Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
