Objective/ Mục đích
To ensure security, safety and firefight prevention, rules and laws of state about social order and safety, security need to control and handle some of following substance finding in the hotel: drug as opium, incendiary or explosive substances as prohibited by the provisions of law.
Để đảm bảo an ninh, an toàn và phòng chống cháy nổ, đảm bảo các quy định và pháp luật của nhà nước về trật tự an toàn xã hội. Bộ phận an ninh cần phải kiểm soát và xử lý khi phát hiện trong khách sạn một số chất như sau: Chất gây nghiện cao như thuốc phiện, chất gây cháy gây nổ hay các chất cấm theo như quy định của pháp luật.

Ø The materials, substances need to be controlled Các chất cần được kiểm soát như. - Opium Thuốc phiện. - Drugs in tablet, powder or liquid… Các loại ma tuy tổng hợp ở dạng viên, bột hoặc lỏng… - Oil, gas, alcohol Xăng dầu, gas, cồn. - Some toxic liquid and gas Một số chất độc ở dạng lỏng và khí. - Radioactive substance Các chất có phóng xạ. - Explosive Thuốc nổ, … Ø Items need to be controlled Các vật dụng cần được kiểm soát như. - Sword Đao, kiếm. - Homemade guns Súng tự chế. - Military weapon Vũ khí quân dụng. - Bomb… Bom, mìn… v Discover materials, substances needed to be controlled Phát hiện vật, chất cần được kiểm soát. Những thông tin trên báo đài truyền hình. - Warning signs Và các dấu hiệu cảnh báo Ø Handle materials, substances needed to be controlled Xử lý các vật, chất cần được kiểm soát. - Detected visitors carrying flammable or explosive substances or being informed substances which should be immediately controlled, security officer should present at the scene to coordinate with relevant department staff and handle safely according to characteristic of each substance. Phát hiện thấy khách có mang theo các chất gây cháy gây nổ hoặc nhận thông tin báo có phát hiện các chất cần được kiểm soát, ngay lập tức nhân viên an ninh phải có mặt tại hiện trường phối hợp với nhân viên bộ phận có liên quan xử lý an toàn theo tính chất của từng loại chất cụ thể. - The incendiary, explosive, toxic ... should be isolated from the public and must be kept in stock to ensure the safety and give back to guests when guests check out of the hotel. Các chất gây cháy, gây nổ, gây độc,… cần được cách ly khỏi khu vực có người và phải được cất giữ trong kho bảo đảm an toàn và trao lại cho khách khi khách trả phòng ra khỏi khách sạn. - Substances are suspected to be drugs .... Or forbidden substances left behind when they are detected. Remember not to touch or move them, take pictures as evidence. Các chất nghi là ma túy hoặc các chất quốc cấm bị bỏ lại khi phát hiện cần lưu ý không được sờ vào hay dịch chuyển mà chụp lại ảnh làm bằng chứng. Ø Record found materials, substances need to be controlled Ghi chép về vật, chất cần được kiểm soát, được tìm thấy. - Write clearly name of whom discovered the materials, substances Viết rõ ràng tên người phát hiện ra vật, chất cần được tìm thấy. - Situation, time, location exactly of materials, substances. Attached photo as evidence is the best Trong hoàn cảnh nào, thời gian và địa điểm chính xác của vật, chất đó tốt nhất là có hình ảnh bằng chứng kèm theo. - Describe shape, status, color and quantity. Mô tả về hình dạng, trạng thái, màu sắc và số lượng. - Find information of customer or staff related to rest room or working area where you discover the materials, substances. Tìm thông tin của khách hay nhân viên liên quan đến phòng nghỉ hay khu vực làm việc phát hiện ra vật, chất được tìm thấy. v Inform about discovering materials, substances needed to be controlled Báo cáo về việc tìm thấy vật, chất cần được kiểm soát - Report to the hotel management Báo cáo lãnh đạo khách sạn. - Head of security department Trưởng bộ phận an ninh. - Relevant head of department. Trưởng bộ phận liên quan. - Announce relevant management units Thông báo cho đơn vị quản lý liên quan. - The hotel manager will notify the responsible authorities and cooperate to handle materials, substances found in accordance with the provisions of rule and law of state to ensure safety and security and fire prevention.
